Information Security Basic Policy

Techno Mathematical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “TMC”) shall protect the information assets entrusted to us by our customers and business partners, as well as our own information assets, from threats such as accidents, disasters, and crimes. In order to live up to the trust of our customers, business partners, and society, TMC shall make company-wide efforts for information security based on the following policies.

1. Management’s Responsibility
TMC will make systematic and continuous efforts to improve and enhance information security under the leadership of management.

2. Maintenance of internal systems
TMC shall establish an organization to maintain and improve information security, and shall define information security measures as official internal rules.

3. Enhancement of information security literacy
TMC will ensure that our employees receive security education and training, and that all people engaged in handling TMC’s information assets perform their activities with information security literacy.

4. Compliance with laws and contractual requirements
TMC will comply with laws, regulations, norms, and contractual obligations related to information security, and meet the expectations of our customers, business partners, and society.

5. Response to violation and accidents
In the event of a violation of laws, regulations, contracts, or accidents related to information security, TMC will take appropriate action to prevent recurrence.
